As result of two external stock exchange transactions, on the 6th March 2006 the Z£OMREX Joint Stock Company purchased 516.000 ordinary shares of the CENTROSTAL Joint Stock Company of Gdansk which constituted a 9,99% share of joint-stock capital.

Purchase of the Stalowa Wola Steelworks
On 27th January 2006, the Z£OMREX Joint Stock Company became an owner of 100% shares of the Stalowa Wola Steelworks – Quality Steels Metal Works Ltd.
