The method of handling complaints is regulated by the form “P-07 Complaint Procedure", which is concurrent with the ISO standards.
Due to special attention to the high quality of products offered, the average percentage of complaints about products sold does not exceed 0,5% annually..
The time for examination of a received complaint regulated by the abovementioned procedure is at most 14 days, however, the vast majority of such matters are dealt with immediately.
